Our next unit is "How We Express Ourselves". We will focus on fairy tales and fables. Seeing a fairy tale at Casa Manana was the perfect hook to get us ready for this unit!!

A new learner profile assessment will be coming home in report cards this 9 weeks. We worked on the learner portion of this today.

We had a great day in 1B working really hard on our personal history presentations.  

Our announcement team for today!

I met with learners in groups of 4 first to get our presentations started.  

This afternoon we went to the computer lab and were all able to log on and get a couple of slides done.  

I also introduced time today. We just focused on telling time to the hour.  We will extend that as the week goes on.

Thursday, March 24th– PTO Meeting 6:30 pm

Friday, March 25th– Bad Weather day, no school

Wednesday, March 30th– Field trip to Casa Manana to see The Three Little Pigs

Thursday, March 31st– 1st grade performance, 6:30 pm

Friday, April 1st– 3rd 9 weeks assembly, 1st grade performs, all are invited

Friday, April 1st– report cards go home
