2nd grade Chinese New Year parade!
Today we started working on word problems with a missing addend rather than the missing answer. We will work on this most of the week.
We did a fun activity today to talk about inferencing!
It's amazing how much fun we had digging through Mrs. Graves purse!
One particularly fun thing we found in Mrs. Graves's purse was tiny hands! I always have them because it's always funny to pull them out and play with them. We paused and had a bit of fun with them! ;)
We had fun with them at guided reading also!
And at lining up!
We drew 2 of the things we found and wrote the inferences.
This week we are talking about animal habitats.
