Review from yesterday.
Finished up our first day of 1st grade packets.
Today in our morning journals we got to write about whatever we wanted. Several people wrote about their upcoming weekend!
We talked about first graders! I LOVE the words they came up with about what First Graders CAN, HAVE and ARE!
The Sonic fairy came for a delivery for the teachers.
We graphed how many letters are in our names yesterday. Mrs. Wilson made a nice chart for us so we could read the data easily.
Practicing our Independent reading and building our stamina. We got to 6 minutes today.

We had our first Free Choice Friday stations. They've been asking all week about stations. I have to keep reminding them that they are not in kindergarten anymore and we don't do stations. That's been tough news to swallow. ;) But today was the day and they loved it!
