We had such an exciting day!!!
We started out our day with some really fun experiments.
We got our journals ready for our experiments.
We filled the jars with heavy whipping cream and dropped in a marble. We made guesses about what we thought would happen when we shook this up.
LOTS of shaking!
It made butter!
Then we combined solid powder with liquid water. Then we added heat. What do you think will happen???
The fun part of this experiment is that it tastes good too!
We added our homemade butter and syrup to the top and enjoyed!!
We talked about what happens as they heat up.
We also have to add in a little patience. Can't flip too early!
