Singing our numbers in the teens songs. We added a 2nd one that talks about numbers in the teens and it shows the place value. Another good one to practice with at home!
BRAIN BREAK!
We talked about the change in HOW THINGS MOVE. We also added to this chart, the direction things move. This is leading us into force and motion for the rest of this week and into next.
We played charades.
They had to pick something off the anchor chart, act it out and we all guessed!
I caught Emma in mid-air jumping! Ha!
Then we were each given a marble maze of sorts. We built a marble run, watched it go and had to use directional words to explain how it moved through the maze. Videos to come with their marble runs!
